Tam Denizcilik'e ait 1361 GRT'luk Türk bayraklı MIRAC-3 isimli kuruyük gemisi İspanya'nın Castello Limanı'nda Paris Memarandumu çerçevesinde eksikliklerden dolayı 4 gün tutuldu. Mayıs ayında tutulan tek gemi MIRAC-3 oldu.
MIRAC-3'ün tutulması ile birlikte 2007'nin ilk beş ayında Avrupa Limanlarında tutulan Türk bayraklı gemi sayısı 15 oldu.
